90 gSpinach
100 gCucumber
1.5 tbspLemon Juice
Bake chickpeas with olive oil, salt, and black pepper at 200C / 400F until crisp.
Slice cucumber and place it over spinach.
Add warm chickpeas and goat cheese, then dress with lemon juice.
