2 eggsChicken eggs
35 gFeta Cheese
40 gSpinach
1 tspOlive oil
To tasteSalt
Cook the spinach in olive oil over medium heat for 1 minute until wilted.
Add the eggs and stir gently for 2-3 minutes until softly scrambled, then fold in the brined white cheese. Season to taste and serve immediately.
