Mash chickpeas with tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, crushed coriander seeds, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the chickpea mixture over the flatbread.
Top with sliced tomatoes and drizzle with cooking oil.
Bake at 210C / 410F for 10 minutes until the flatbread is crisp.
Finish with parsley before serving.
