Boil potatoes until tender, then drain.
Mash potatoes with 20 g butter, salt, and black pepper.
Cook leek in remaining butter until soft.
Stir in flour and milk, then simmer into a creamy sauce.
Fold in white fish, shrimps, green peas, dill, salt, and black pepper.
Top with mashed potato and bake at 200 C / 400 F until bubbling and golden.
