Cut the tuna into chunks and season with salt and black pepper.
Boil orzo for 8 minutes until tender, then drain.
Heat cooking oil and sear tuna with garlic for 3 minutes.
Add butter, spinach, lemon juice, and orzo and cook 2 minutes more.
