
Chicken fried rice with green onion, egg, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce.
Cook the rice according to the package directions, then spread it out and let it cool before frying.

Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry it over high heat with vegetable oil. Season with salt and soy sauce, then set it aside.
Briefly fry the green onion so it stays a little crisp. Beat the egg, cook it into a thin omelet, then slice it into thin strips.
Add the rice, chicken, omelet strips, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce to a large pan. Fry everything over high heat, let the sauces hit the hot pan for a few seconds, then stir constantly until the rice is hot and coated. Finish with green onion.
