Cook buckwheat with water and salt for 18 minutes.
Season chicken with salt and black pepper, then sear in cooking oil for 6 minutes.
Add onion, garlic, and coriander seeds; cook for 5 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and simmer for 16 minutes until chicken is tender.
Serve the chicken tomato stew with buckwheat.
