Cook Rice in Water with Salt for 12 minutes.
Cook Chickpeas, Cabbage, Carrot, Cooking oil, Salt, and Black Pepper for 6 minutes.
Stir in Gochujang, Soy Sauce, Rice vinegar, and Sesame Oil. Serve over Rice.
