170 gChicken breasts
40 gFeta Cheese
0.5 cupQuinoa
1 tbspLemon Juice
1 tbspOlive oil
Rinse quinoa. Combine quinoa and water with a pinch of salt; bring to a boil, then cover and simmer until water is absorbed.
Pat chicken dry. Rub with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
