Mix oat flakes with vegetable oil, honey and salt in a bowl until evenly coated.
Add chopped chocolate and nuts and mix to distribute them through the oat mixture.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake the granola in the oven at 170C/340F until lightly golden.
Stir the granola and return it to the oven to continue baking until crisp.
Let the granola cool completely so it becomes crunchy before storing.
