Cook rice with 220 ml water and salt for 18 minutes.
Brown chicken in cooking oil with black pepper for 5 minutes.
Add onion, garlic, ginger, gochujang, soy sauce, potato, and remaining water.
Simmer for 25 minutes until potatoes and chicken are tender.
Season with salt if needed and serve with rice.
