Finely chop lamb and mix with breadcrumbs, egg, half the curry powder, salt, and black pepper.
Shape into meatballs and brown in cooking oil for 6 minutes.
Cook onion and garlic for 4 minutes, then add 120 ml coconut milk, remaining curry powder, and water.
Simmer meatballs in the curry sauce for 12 minutes.
Cook rice with remaining coconut milk, 100 ml water, and salt for 15 minutes, then serve with meatballs.
