Mix lamb with breadcrumbs, cumin, coriander seeds, garlic, salt, and black pepper, then shape into kofta.
Sear the kofta in cooking oil for 8 minutes until browned.
Cook onion with tomato sauce and vegetable broth for 5 minutes.
Stir in couscous, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes until fluffy.
Serve the kofta over tomato couscous with Greek yogurt.
