Brown lamb with cooking oil, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper for 8 minutes.
Stir in orzo, tomato sauce, and water.
Transfer to a baking dish.
Bake at 190C / 375F for 22 minutes.
Top with feta and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
