Slice potatoes and parboil in salted water for 7 minutes.
Brown beef with cooking oil, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper for 8 minutes.
Add tomatoes and simmer for 8 minutes until thick.
Butter a bowl-shaped baking dish and line it with potato slices.
Fill with beef sauce, sour cream, and mozzarella, then cover with more potatoes.
Bake at 190C / 374F for 32 minutes, then rest before unmolding.
