Season chicken with garlic, oregano, lemon juice, cooking oil, salt, and black pepper.
Bring water to a boil, stir in couscous, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes.
Sear chicken for 3 minutes per side until browned.
Add green beans and roast at 200°C / 400°F for 18 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Fluff couscous with butter and serve with chicken and green beans.
