Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F.
Cook Onion, Garlic, and Mushrooms in Cooking oil until softened.
Mix with Brown lentils, Tomato Sauce, Vegetable broth, Salt, and Black Pepper in a baking dish.
Cover and bake at 190°C / 375°F for 34 minutes, then top with Parmesan cheese and bake uncovered for 8 minutes.
