Season chicken with garlic, cumin, paprika, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and cooking oil.
Simmer rice, chickpeas, water, and salt for 18 minutes.
Sear chicken for 5 minutes per side until cooked through.
Mix cucumber with Greek yogurt and serve with sliced chicken and chickpea rice.
