Simmer Vegetable broth with Miso paste, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Salt, and Black Pepper for 5 minutes.
Add Mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
Add Ramen Noodles and Spinach and cook for 4 minutes. Top with Chicken eggs, Green onion, and Sesame Oil.
