25 gMiso paste
1.5 tbspSoy Sauce
1.5 tspSesame Oil

Cook rice with water and salt for 15 minutes.
Mix miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and black pepper into a glaze.
Brush the glaze over fresh salmon.
Bake salmon at 200C / 400F for 10 minutes.
Fold sesame seeds into the rice and serve with the salmon.
