Cook Garlic, Ginger, Tofu, and Mushrooms in Cooking oil until softened.
Stir in Miso paste and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in Vegetable broth and bring to a steady simmer.
Simmer for 8 minutes until the flavors come together.
