100 gMonterey Jack
50 gCarrot
100 gPotato
1 tbspSoy Sauce
2 tspOlive oil
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add sliced bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
