Boil

Heat the oven to 200°C / 400°F and cook the pasta for 2 minutes less than the package directs.

Dice the tomatoes and onion and mince the garlic.

Cook the onion and garlic in olive oil for 3 minutes, add the tomatoes, season, and simmer for 8 minutes.
