Slice pepperoni, mince garlic, and shred mozzarella if needed.
Boil pasta in salted water for 9 minutes, slightly under al dente.
Cook garlic in cooking oil for 1 minute, then warm tomato sauce for 3 minutes.
Combine pasta, sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella, salt, and black pepper; bake at 190°C / 375°F for 15 minutes.
