Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Cook Polenta in Water with Salt for 10 minutes until thick.
Brown Sausages with Bell Pepper, Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Cooking oil, Oregano, and Black Pepper, then spoon over the polenta with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake the assembled dish at 200°C / 400°F for 16 minutes until hot and cooked through.
