Season the pork with cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Sear the pork in cooking oil with onion and garlic for 6 minutes.
Add 160 ml water, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes until the pork is tender enough to shred.
Cook the rice with 260 ml water and a pinch of salt for 15 minutes.
Shred the pork, fold lime juice and cilantro into the rice, and serve together.
