Cook the rice with water and a small pinch of salt for 16 minutes, then spread it out to cool briefly.
Scramble the chicken eggs in half the cooking oil for 1 minute and remove from the pan.
Stir-fry sliced pork with garlic and black pepper for 5 minutes.
Add cabbage, rice, soy sauce, and the scrambled egg and fry for 4 minutes.
