Finely chop pork and mix with breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan, salt, and black pepper.
Shape the mixture into meatballs.
Brown meatballs in cooking oil for 6 minutes.
Add onion, garlic, and tomato sauce, then simmer for 15 minutes.
Boil orzo in salted water for 9 minutes and serve with the meatballs and sauce.
