
Pan-fried potato patties filled with mushrooms and onion.

120 gMushrooms
50 gOnion
0.5 cupFlour
1 tbspSunflower Oil
Boil the potatoes until very tender, about 20 minutes, then drain and mash them with a pinch of salt.
Dice the onion and mushrooms and cook them in half of the oil for 8-10 minutes until browned. Season with black pepper.

Mix the mashed potatoes with the flour, shape into flat patties, add the mushroom filling, and seal the edges.
