350 gBeets
25 gWalnuts
1.5 tbspOlive oil
1 tbspBalsamic vinegar
Toss the beets with olive oil and salt, then roast at 200°C / 400°F for 35 minutes until tender.
Let the beets cool slightly and place them in a bowl with the brined white cheese and walnuts.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, add black pepper, and serve.
