Slice mushrooms and mince garlic.
Roast mushrooms with cooking oil, salt, and black pepper at 210°C / 410°F for 15 minutes.
Break lasagna sheets and simmer them in tomato sauce with 200 ml water for 14 minutes.
Fold in mushrooms and parmesan, top with mozzarella, cover, and cook 3 minutes until melted.
