Preheat the oven to 210°C / 410°F.
Toss Potato and Cabbage with Cooking oil, Garlic, Salt, and Black Pepper on a sheet pan.
Roast at 210°C / 410°F for 22 minutes.
Add Fresh salmon, drizzle with Lemon Juice, and roast for 12 minutes more.
