Cook rice until tender, then cool it.
Hard-boil one chicken egg, then chop it.
Cook mushrooms and spinach in butter until dry.
Layer rice, salmon, mushrooms, spinach, dill, chopped egg, salt, and black pepper inside puff pastry.
Seal the pastry, brush with beaten chicken egg, and bake at 200 C / 400 F until golden and cooked through.
