Cook buckwheat with water and salt for 18 minutes.
Season fresh salmon with salt and black pepper.
Sear salmon in butter for 4 minutes per side.
Add cream and dill to the pan and simmer for 3 minutes.
Finish with lemon juice and serve over buckwheat.
