Cut the salmon into chunks and season with salt and black pepper.
Boil the penne for 10 minutes until tender, then drain.
Heat cooking oil and sear salmon with garlic for 4 minutes.
Add cream, spinach, and lemon juice and simmer for 3 minutes, then toss with penne.
