Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Arrange thin Potato slices in a buttered baking dish with Garlic, Salt, and Black Pepper.
Bake potatoes at 200°C / 400°F for 18 minutes.
Add Fresh salmon, Spinach, Cream, and Lemon Juice, then bake for 15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
