Boil the noodles in salted water for 8 minutes, adding green beans for the last 3 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil into a teriyaki glaze.
Season salmon with black pepper, then sear in cooking oil for 4 minutes per side.
Add the teriyaki glaze to the salmon pan and cook for 2 minutes until glossy.
Serve the salmon over sesame noodles and green beans.
