Clean mussels and mince garlic and parsley.
Cook garlic in cooking oil for 1 minute, then add tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add orzo and 250 ml water; simmer for 9 minutes.
Add mussels, cover for 5 minutes, then finish with parsley, salt, and black pepper.
