Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F. Cook Pasta until just shy of tender and drain.
Cook Garlic in Cooking oil until softened.
Stir Tomato Sauce and Bell Pepper into the filling or sauce.
Combine Pasta, Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Sausages, and Black Pepper in a baking dish.
