Boil the pasta in salted water for 9 minutes until just underdone.
Slice the sausages and brown with cooking oil, onion, bell pepper, and black pepper for 7 minutes.
Combine pasta, sausage mixture, and marinara sauce in a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
