30 gCheddar Cheese
40 gSpinach
1 tspOlive oil
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the spinach. Cook just until wilted.
Pour in the eggs and cook over low heat, stirring gently, until softly scrambled. Add the cheese at the end and stir until melted.
