Simmer green lentils for 20 minutes until tender, then drain and cool slightly.
Sear halloumi in cooking oil for 2 minutes per side until golden.
Slice nectarines and whisk lemon juice, dressing oil, basil, salt, and black pepper.
Toss lettuce and lentils with dressing, then top with nectarines and warm halloumi.
