Cook Rice in Water with Salt for 12 minutes.
Scramble Chicken eggs with Cooking oil for 2 minutes.
Add Carrot, Green peas, Garlic, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Salt, and Black Pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Fold in Rice and Green onion.
