Cook Penne in salted boiling water for 11 minutes, then drain.
Cook Shrimps in Cooking oil for 3 minutes until just pink.
Add Artichoke and Garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Toss Penne with the shrimp mixture and Lemon Juice.
