Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F.
Mix Quinoa, Broccoli, Vegetable broth, Cream, Garlic, Cooking oil, Salt, and Black Pepper in a baking dish.
Cover and bake at 190°C / 375°F for 26 minutes.
Stir in Shrimps, top with Parmesan cheese, and bake uncovered at 190°C / 375°F for 8 minutes.
