Boil the pasta in salted water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Cook garlic and chili powder in cooking oil for 1 minute.
Add tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper; simmer for 8 minutes.
Add the shrimps and cook for 4 minutes until pink.
Finish with lemon juice and toss the sauce with the pasta.
