Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Boil Potato with Salt for 12 minutes, then mash with half the Butter.
Cook Leek in remaining Butter for 4 minutes, then whisk in Flour, Milk, Lemon Juice, Dill, Green peas, Shrimps, and Black Pepper.
Top the shrimp filling with mashed Potato and bake at 200°C / 400°F for 15 minutes.
