Simmer water and milk, then whisk in polenta and salt for 12 minutes.
Stir parmesan and half the butter into the polenta until creamy.
Season shrimps with salt and black pepper.
Cook garlic and the remaining butter for 1 minute, then add shrimps and cook for 4 minutes.
Finish the shrimp with lemon juice and serve over the polenta.
