Boil rice noodles until just tender, then drain well.
Scramble chicken eggs in cooking oil and set them aside.
Sear shrimps with cabbage and bell pepper until the shrimp turns pink.
Add curry powder and soy sauce, then toss in the noodles until evenly coated.
Fold the scrambled eggs back through the skillet and serve hot.
