1.5 tbspBeef broth

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. In a very small saucepan melt all the butter, stir in all the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in all the tomato sauce, beer, broth, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne until smooth. Simmer gently for 15 minutes, stirring often; season lightly with salt and pepper. Keep the sauce hot and pourable.
Dry-toast both bread slices in a nonstick pan and set aside. Thinly slice the fully cooked frankfurter. Put it in the pan with all the already cooked chicken, ham and a spoonful of the hot sauce. Cover and warm gently for 3-5 minutes until the chicken and sausage centers reach 74 °C. Keep all the meat and juices.
On a small ovenproof deep plate, layer one toast slice, all the chicken, ham, frankfurter and pan juices, then the second toast slice. Drape all the cheddar over the top and sides. Bake at 200 °C for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts and the filling is hot. Pour all the remaining hot sauce over and around the sandwich. Serve the entire sandwich and sauce as one portion; fries and a fried egg are not included.
